Why and how to massage well with a vibrating massage hand?

How do I use the vibrating massage hand?
Switch the massage hand on and off by simply pressing the ON/OFF button until it "CLICKS".
Recharge the battery using the cable supplied.
The LED is red when charging and turns green when the battery is recharged.
Disconnect the cable once the battery is recharged.

The device must not be used on pathological changes or injuries to the area of the body to be massaged, on swollen, burnt, irritated or injured parts of the skin and body, on varicose veins and skin diseases, on the head, face, larynx and hard parts of the body, during pregnancy, when sleeping, after taking medication, drugs or alcohol, or in a vehicle.
