How to use our wooden massage hand
It's so easy! Thanks to its format, and its 3 balls, our wooden massage hand allows you to perform different types of self-massage.
For a very localized massage, press, more or less hard to vary the intensity, with one of the 3 balls of the massage hand.
For a more all-encompassing massage, make circular movements, in one direction and in the other. The 3 tips (or balls) are in contact with the skin.
What are the precautions for use?
The wooden massage hand is designed for adults, for external use only. It should not be used on skin lesions.
