How to use the massage roll-on
The massage roll-on can be used after sport or for relaxation.
It massages muscles, knots and trigger points by applying pressure with the hand.
For an effective massage, we recommend a minimum of 5 minutes massage per muscle group.
You can massage right after your sports session, in the evening or even the next day. And even without having exercised!
