Why wear this wrist guard?
With a preventive role or for mild pain, the Wrist 100 is designed to exert the compression necessary to maintain your joint, stimulating proprioception in sports (basketball, soccer, handball, tennis, badminton, running, trail running, gymnastics, judo) and alleviating pain associated with previous sprains or tendonitis.
What is proprioception?
Proprioception is the ability to perceive the position of different body parts in space. The better your proprioception, the better your balance, gestures and movements in sport. It also helps prevent the risk of injury.
What size wrist support to choose?
Measure your arm circumference, 5 cm above the wrist. Then match the measured value with the following size chart:
Size 1: 15.5 - 18.5 cm
Size 2: 18.5 - 21.5 cm
