"Maltodextrin powder is designed for all athletes (triathletes, marathoners, runners, etc.) making efforts of over 3 hours. A 34g dose of maltodextrin should be diluted in 500ml of water. Maltodextrin should be consumed during the three days preceding your competition, at the rate of two cans per day. In this 1kg pack, you'll have enough to prepare your bottles for five competitions.

Maltodextrin is designed to prepare athletes for endurance efforts lasting over 3 hours: triathlons, marathons, trails, etc*. Thanks to its low DE, our maltodextrin is ideal for building up sufficient glycogen stores without having to collect pasta parties.
*Less than 2 hours' effort, you don't need it, since your training, nutrition and daily hydration should normally be sufficient.

This new version of maltodextrin powder was developed thanks to YOU! Indeed, you found the intensity of its exotic fruit flavor too pronounced, and the sweet intensity of this sweetened product too present. "So we decided on a natural lemon flavor, reduced it and removed the sweetener. This way, the two daily cans to be drunk for three days go down very well!" explains Mathilde, hydration product engineer.
TWO ADAPTED FORMATS
- For regular (tri)athletes, this format-ci, a 1kg pack, contains the quantity needed to prepare for five competitions, at the rate of two cans per day for the three days leading up to D-day.

AND DURING THE COMPETITION?
"ISO and ISO+ drinks, also containing maltodextrin, are available during competition:
- The ISO drink is suitable for efforts of less than 3 hours. We recommend consuming a dose of 30g in 500ml of water.
- ISO+ is suitable for efforts of 3 hours or more. We recommend ingesting 60g of carbohydrates per hour of effort, i.e. a dose of 38g of ISO+ to be dissolved in a 500ml bottle of water, and topped up with a gel or bar."
