Why use potholders?
Potholders give you a better grip on the apparatus without putting too much strain on your forearms. We strongly recommend that you also use a sponge wrist wrap, to be placed under your potholders.
How to choose your potholder size? - taking measurements
For potholders dedicated to ring practice, the measurement must start from the beginning of the palm to the first phalanx of your middle finger.
≤ 14 cm = Size 0
≤ 15 cm = Size 1
≤ 16 cm = Size 2
≤ 17 cm = Size 3
How to choose your potholder size? - fitting
Put the potholder around your wrist. The blue strap should pass under the wrist bone. Unfold the potholder against the outstretched hand and check that the leather end is well positioned.
Potholders designed for rings have 2 holes (for the ring and middle fingers) and a thick bead. The end of the potholder should reach the limit of the first phalanx of the middle finger.
How do I clean my gym potholders?
To improve the durability of your potholders, they need to be properly cared for. Please note that as potholders are made of leather, they should not be washed in water. After each use, remove any excess magnesia from your potholders. You can then store them in a pouch. We recommend that you use a dedicated bag and wash it regularly.
Our product tests
Our leather was evaluated in our laboratories by mechanical extension and tear resistance tests. Our potholders were then put to the test over the long term in partnership with 4 clubs and 3 national and international gymnastics centers. The high standards set by the gymnasts enabled us to perfect and validate the technical quality of our potholders to meet the needs of our users perfectly.
