Transparent polycarbonate plastic shell covering the face from chin to forehead, with large openings for eyes and mouth. Blocks of bi-density foam (flexible thickness in contact with the skin) +/- 20 mm thick around the perimeter. The foam runs down the middle of the forehead and extends to the cheeks. Two Velcro-adjustable elastic straps horizontally. 1 classic adjustable vertical strap.

"A field hockey mask is personal protective equipment. It must meet current standards, including the European PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
Wear a field field hockey mask during PCs to protect your face. A field field hockey mask is made up of a hard transparent plastic face (usually polycarbonate) lined with high-density foam that both adjusts the mask to the face and dissipates the impact of shocks.
How to protect your face?
A field field hockey mask must cover the entire face, including the top of the forehead, the ears and the bottom of the chin. Make sure it doesn't impede your visibility, and that it has an opening for ventilated breathing. The straps should ensure that the mask stays in place and is easy to put on and take off.
Renew your mask according to the manufacturer's instructions, and in any case as soon as it shows signs of wear.
