EXPERIENCE
The 900 HD spherical goggle features an HD screen that offers excellent optical quality and contrast enhancement.
In addition, it offers a very good field of view from vision and excellent compatibility with ski helmets Decathlon.
The screen can be unclipped from the frame either to replace the original screen or to fit a bad weather screen (sold separately). Or to change to a cylindrical shape.
HD (HIGH DEFINITION) OPTICAL QUALITY
This screen is equipped with HD technology for excellent quality vision.
HD optical quality enhances the most vivid contrasts on your playing fields.
100% UV PROTECTION
UV rays are harmful to the eyes. All our goggles are certified 100% anti-UV by the EN-174 standard. Ski goggles are the best answer to protection: they enclose your eyes perfectly and prevent any passage of UV rays, including through reverberation.
REPARABILITY/INTERCHANGEABILITY
Rain and shine screens are sold separately. You can also change the shape to a cylindrical screen.
OPTIMAL" ANTI-FOGGING
The ""OPTIMAL"" anti-fog shield is a ventilated double shield with a treatment on the inside and ventilation on the frame, which allows the inside of the ski mask to be ventilated.
To ensure good ventilation of the inside of the mask, these vents must not be closed, as with a nose-patch, for example.
Take care not to rub the inside of the shield, but to carefully dab the surface to maintain the anti-fog effectiveness for as long as possible.
COLORED SCREEN FLASHED
A colored coating on the outside of the ski mask screen (called Flash color) reduces the % of light transmission reaching the eye, meaning less glare and greater visual clarity in bright conditions.
Flash screens are sensitive to scratches, so be sure to protect them.
Ski helmet compatibility
All our ski goggles are designed for perfect compatibility with Decathlon ski helmets.
PROTECTION
The 900 HD is sold without packaging. It's up to you to choose the best transport/storage solution from our range.
Compatibility with prescription glasses
Our L-size masks allow the use of prescription glasses up to 140 mm wide. The foam on the sides and the shape of the mask skirt leave a passage exclusively for the temples. We strongly advise you to check the comfort of the glasses under the mask before purchasing.
CE - EN-174 and ANSI standards
EN 174 is a European CE standard applicable to goggles used for eye protection during downhill skiing or similar activities, such as snowboarding.
ANSI is the American standard, more demanding than the European standard for impact resistance.
This ski goggle passes both standards.
Prevent fogging
Moisture promotes fogging. This is why it's important to avoid saturating the foam with moisture, for example by putting the ski mask on a wet helmet or cap. That's why you should always dry your ski mask overnight, so as to eliminate all traces of moisture, and go skiing again the next day with a perfectly dry mask.
Never wipe or rub the inner screen, as this will remove the anti-fog treatment - just dab it.
Size selection
The size of the mask depends on the size of your head.
Up to size 55 cm, choose size S; from 56 cm, choose size L.
In general, size S is recommended for children.
