UV protection
Because UV rays are harmful to the eyes, all our masks are certified 100% ANTI UV by the EN 174 standard. The mask is the best answer to protection, perfectly enclosing the eyes and preventing any passage of UV rays, even through reverberation.
S1 FOG and S3 SUN display - Interchangeable display function
Ski goggles with interchangeable lenses for all-weather use.
S1 corresponds to a light lens for better vision in bad weather, improving visibility of relief.
S3 corresponds to a dark lens for protection from the sun's light intensity.
The lenses are not scratch-resistant.
High-performance anti-fogging
The "PERFORMANT" anti-fog shield is a double shield with an inner face treatment combined with ventilation on the frame to ventilate the inside of the ski mask.
To ensure proper ventilation of the inside of the mask, avoid closing these vents, for example with a muffler.
Take care not to rub the inner face of the shield, but to carefully dab the surface to maintain the anti-fog effectiveness for as long as possible.
Double Screens
A goggle with a double shield helps limit fogging. This is because the air trapped between the 2 shields acts as a thermal insulator. The thermal shock between the inside of the mask and the outside is lower, thus slowing down the formation of fog on the inside screen. To complete the picture, the inner screen also receives an anti-fog treatment.
Cylindrical screen
Cylindrical double screen. The outer screen is made of impact-resistant injected polycarbonate. Inner screen in proprionate cellulose.

Colored screen flashed
A colored coating on the outside of the ski mask lens (called Color Flash) reduces the % transmission of light reaching the eye, meaning less glare and greater visual clarity in bright conditions.
CE - Standard EN 174
EN 174 is a European standard for masks used for eye protection in downhill skiing and similar activities, such as snowboarding.
Prevent fogging
Moisture promotes fogging. So avoid saturating foams with moisture, for example by putting a ski mask on a wet helmet or cap. Falling face-on to the snow is a major factor in fogging. That's why, in all cases, you need to dry your ski mask overnight to eliminate all traces of moisture, so that you can ski again the next day with a perfectly dry mask.
