How to choose your Rhythmic Gymnastics clubs?
The choice of club size depends above all on the gymnast's morphology. To enable her to handle them easily, they should be the length of her forearm, i.e. from her fingertips to the crook of her elbow.
The choice of this size is also defined by official federal standards.
How do I maintain my clubs?
We recommend that you use the clubs on a surface such as a gymnastic mat or multisport floor, as hard surfaces such as wood or cement will damage them.
Wash your clubs with a little dish soap, water and a soft surface sponge. Rinse well and rub gently.
Dry with a microfiber cloth to avoid abrasion.
How to choose your rhythmic gymnastics outfit?
Our design team's advice: the perfect outfit for a gymnast in training is a leotard or top, shorts or leggings, enabling her to perform her elements with complete freedom and confidence. A leotard is optional in training, but compulsory in competition.
