Everything you need to know about Mini Bike riding
With the mini Bike 100, you work both the muscular and cardiovascular systems. With each session, your breath and coordination improve. Start your session with a 3-5 minute warm-up. Then spend around 20 to 30 minutes working your muscles in depth. Afterwards, choose a cool-down phase followed by some stretching to increase muscle suppleness and avoid injury.

To increase the intensity of your effort, simply accelerate. Conversely, to decrease intensity, simply slow down.
Take advantage of the counter and track your indicators!
You can monitor the progress of your session and your performance by consulting the various indicators on the console: the time since you started your session, calories burned, distance covered, number of pedal revolutions in the session and total number of pedal revolutions since 1st use. You can analyze these indicators to monitor your progress, session by session!
