Morphological adaptability :
The main component of the mini-chaps has elastic properties and adapts to the shape of your calf. The elastic band offers additional adjustment, especially for easy donning.
Resistance :
The main component has been chosen for its resistance to friction between the inside of the calf and the saddle. The zipper has been cleverly enlarged to offer even greater resistance, and features a technology that is more resistant to external conditions (sand, dust, etc.).
Complementarity :
Flexible, snug-fitting and hard-wearing, the mini-chaps 500 are the perfect match for the 500 boots or lace-up paddock boots, providing a harmonious ensemble for the rider. Thanks to its curved front piece, the mini-chaps fits snugly over the boot, enabling the rider to wear the right equipment for training and competition.
Our cutter :
Thanks to their stretchable component and lateral elastic band, the 500 adult mini-chaps fit a wide range of calves. We offer these mini-chaps in two different stem heights and several calf sizes.
How to take your measurements :
Measurements are taken without shoes and barefoot. You'll need to sit with your knees at right angles, then you can proceed with the measurements. Step 1 (see photo), take your calf circumference three times to find where it's widest. Step 2 (see photo), measure the length from the floor to the back of your knee. Finally, match your measurements with those on the grid to find the perfect size!
Choice of size :
This model has a very snug fit, so it may be normal to have a little trouble putting it on for the first few sessions. We advise you to opt for a tight fit, as this will give you a good grip on your mini-chaps during practice. You can refer to the measurement chart for the height of the stem. It's important to know that the mini-chaps will have to drop a few millimeters to find its place.
Concept and design :
Mini-chaps with a simple yet elegant style! The seams give it boot-like lines. What's more, the fastening tab and shiny zip finish off look with a chic, modern edge.
Origin:
With its main component of Italian origin, its other components sourced in Europe, and its manufacture in Portugal, 500 adult mini-chaps are entirely designed in Europe.
Care instructions :
There's no need to get out your glycerine soap, grease or shoe polish: coated microfiber is a very easy-care material, so you can ride your pony or horse in any weather, and it's weatherproof. Simply brush off any mud or dirt, then wipe with a damp sponge, and your mini-chaps will be spotless!
