How do I use this percussion massager?
Simply apply to a relaxed, uncontracted muscle. Simply select the area to be massaged, choose the right tip and apply pressure with the gun. The device does most of the work, but it's up to you to adjust the intensity. Here's how it works: the harder you press on the gun, the faster and stronger the percussion. For instructions, just one button to switch on, off and adjust the 3 intensities. Couldn't be simpler ;-)
Why 4 attachments with the percussion massager?
To adapt to the needs of all athletes, the massager is equipped with 4 easily interchangeable tips. The round and flat tips can be used on all areas of the body. The round, soft ball is particularly suited to large muscles. The double tip is perfect for self-massage between two muscles, without touching the bones. And the little extra: the tip for trigger points, those little points of tension located on muscles.
