How to choose your karate mittens?
"Mittens sizes are expressed in S, M, L, XL.
To find your size, measure your palm circumference, just below the knuckles:
15 to 18 cm => S
19 to 21 cm => M
22 to 24 cm => L
25 to 28 cm => XL
Fit the mittens to your hand, then secure them with the Velcro fastener. The mitten should be neither too tight nor too loose: it must not slip."
Directions for use
After use, remember to dry your mittens thoroughly. This will prevent unpleasant odors and extend the life of your mittens.
Maintenance tips
