The repetitive countdown function allows you to:
- set a practice time target and stop once this time has elapsed
- perform simple split exercises with identical countdown times (e.g. 30 seconds of acceleration then 30 seconds of rest then 30 seconds of acceleration ...).
The REPEAT function can be deactivated.
Measure your transit times with split times
The split time function lets you measure the time you've spent at a benchmark (lap, kilometer, etc.). So you can monitor your consistency or progress over a fixed distance.
