Time your workouts

With its stopwatch function, accurate to 1/100 seconds, and its lap time function, you can measure your performance and progress.

Record your sessions

Your last 5 sessions with the stopwatch will be archived in history mode.
Here you'll find all the lap times you've taken.

Progress in your training with the split training mode

You can program your own training sessions directly on the watch. You can program your own workouts directly on the watch, enabling you to make individualized progress in line with your goals!
5 programming phases available (warm-up, action, rest, number of repetitions and sets, time between sets and recovery time).
example:
- 20' warm-up
- 8 repetitions 30sec action/30sec recovery
- 2 sets
- 2' rest between sets
- 10' recovery at end of workout
