The AIREX® Balance-pad Elite is a further development of the proven Balance-pad. Its unique embossed texture on the upper and lower sides is non-slip on the one hand, and simultaneously offers pleasant stimulation of the foot receptors during barefoot balance training on the other. The 6 cm thickness of the Balance-pad Elite provides the desired destabilizing characteristics. TheAIREX Balance-pad is an active therapy and training device made from the well-known AIREX® soft foam material. With its smooth surface, the Balance-pad is ideal for starting balance training barefoot. The 6 cm thickness gives the Balance-pad the desired destabilizing characteristics. Due to the yielding foam, the body is continually challenged to maintain balance and stabilize joints. This works more and deeper muscles than when performing the same exercises without the Balance-pad. Thanks to its comfortable, smooth surface, the Balance-pad is not entirely slip-resistant on smooth floors. We recommend an AIREX® mat underneath as an ideal complement.
