When putting on, take care not to tear the neoprene with your fingernails or fingers, and always use your hand as flat as possible. For perfect positioning, raise your legs well (about 10 cm above the ankle). *Do not use Vaseline or similar products. *Rinse your suit with cold water after each use. *It is strictly inadvisable to dry your suit in the sun or on a radiator.
