Fold-away fingertips on thumb, index and middle fingers are absolutely practical. Velcro fasteners make them easy to attach and free the fingertips. When fishing, small operations such as baiting hooks, threading the line or using the swivel can be carried out quickly and easily, without having to remove the thermal gloves.
