BLACKROLL® RESIST BAND elastic bands have been developed to make the innovations of modern sports training accessible to everyone. Elastic bands must meet professional requirements while remaining accessible to amateurs. RESIST BAND elastics are strong, stretchy, robust and tear-resistant, yet pleasantly soft to the touch. Two flexible Velcro loops on the elastic band enable quick fastening of the band around the hips for modern acceleration, sprint and running training without cutting yourself.
Before each training session, check the elastic bands for damage. Only use elastic bands that are in perfect condition.
Start with less resistance until you've mastered the exercise, then move on to higher resistances and/or more repetitions.
Perform all exercises at a steady, slow pace.
Breathe calmly and regularly throughout the workout.
Exhale during the most difficult part of the movement.
Avoid forced breathing
