The BLACKROLL® RELEAZER is a patented therapeutic fascia massage accessory for fascia and muscle treatment. Thanks to targeted pressure, massage movement and deep vibratory massage, even fascia tissue with strong adhesions becomes supple again. The BLACKROLL® RELEAZER combines the technique of myofascial (self)massage with the benefits of vibration. The RELEAZER features two easily adjustable vibration levels: simple static vibration (40Hz) and oscillating wave motion (30-40Hz) to train heart rate variability. Both types of massage improve tissue elasticity and promote blood circulation. With oscillating movements, however, the effect is much more intense. The intensity of the massage can also be adjusted using the RELEAZER's different treatment surfaces. The RELEAZER has two different curvatures and two edges. We recommend using the curves to start massaging with the RELEAZER, and switching to the edges for a more intensive experience when you've had more practice with the BLACKROLL® RELEAZER.
