The BLACKROLL® DUOBALL 12 is the ideal complement to the BLACKROLL® STANDARD self-massage roller. The DUOBALL 12 is particularly suitable for massaging bilateral muscle bundles, e.g. in the thoracic and lumbar spine. It can also be used to massage thighs and ribs. BLACKROLL® DUOBALL is available in two different sizes - 8 cm and 12 cm. The two products complement each other perfectly in their application. With the 8 cm ball, you can massage specific points, and with the 12 cm DUOBALL, you can massage a wider area, thus targeting your bilateral muscle fascicles.
For an even more effective massage thanks to the space between the balls.
Ideal for treatment of the thoracic and lumbar spine, as the spinous processes are protected by the hollow.
Also suitable for massaging ribs, arms and legs.
