The Bowflex 5.1S weight bench (100675) offers you a wide range of training options for your strength training. The flat bench can be set at 6 different angles (from -20° to 90°, via 0°, 30°, 45° and 60°) and can therefore be used for a variety of dumbbell and long-weight training. The seat surface can also be adjusted as required. The leg rest provides support for a wide range of exercises and also transforms the weight bench into a sitting bench for abdominal training.
