So you can comfortably set the desired weights while standing and lift the Bowflex SelectTech from the dumbbell stand without straining your back.
The Bowflex SelectTech dumbbell rack has two further extras. Firstly, a Media Rack has been installed in the middle of the dumbbell stand. Here you can place your smartphone or tablet and watch training videos for your workout, for example. The second extra is two additional storage racks for the long barbell under the main rack.
