Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE (100348) - the compact weight station for effective full-body training. Instead of conventional weights, the Bowflex Xtreme 2 SE uses flexible bars (Power Rods) to create resistance. In addition to fast, flexible adjustment of the training resistance, the training position can also be adjusted quickly and variably. Thanks to its cable traction technology, XTREME 2 SE offers over 70 exercise possibilities for a full-body workout in a small space.
Training resistance can be adjusted up to 95 kg pull-up weight without weight blocks (with the two additional weight sets, even up to 185 kg). This has another great advantage: the weight station has a much lower dead weight than a traditional weight station.
The seat is height-adjustable, making it possible to optimally adapt the sitting position to a wide range of body sizes. It's also easy to remove the seat completely and perform exercises standing on the Xtreme 2 SE.
The Xtreme 2 SE's top, middle and foot traction cables enable optimal exercises for every part of the body. This makes it possible to perform an incredible number of exercises using the pulleys, handles and bar supplied with the machine.
