Pedaling resistance can be adjusted using the 24-stage motor and computer-controlled resistance. The front drive ensures a flat, elliptical, joint-sparing motion. A step length of approx. 47 cm and a small step spacing of approx. 10 cm ensure smooth movement. As a result, the workout is also suitable for people with knee problems.
