Your body weight acts as resistance and can be further increased by placing optional weight discs on the padding carriage. By adjusting the angle of inclination on 5 levels, the resistance range can be set from easy to hard. The handles enable a wide range of pulling exercises to be performed sideways, forwards and backwards. Targeted training of the upper body, arms, chest, shoulders, stomach, back, hips and legs is thus possible with an individual load.
