Welcome to the Concept2 BikeErg, the latest addition to our product family. The BikeErg has the same wind wheel and performance monitor as the Concept2 Indoor Rower and SkiErg, offering the same features and benefits that rowers and cross-country skiers already enjoy.
The BikeErg works with the air resistance generated by the wind wheel. This principle of resistance ensures a smooth, direct-response, silent ride. Adjusting the BikeErg's air flaps works like shifting gears on a bicycle. You can determine for yourself the level of resistance you feel. Unlike most ergometers, the BikeErg has a freewheel, just like a normal bicycle. When you stop pedaling, the wind wheel continues to turn.
The powerful performance monitor connects via Bluetooth to a multitude of apps, including our own free ErgData app or third-party apps like Zwift. The BikeErg comes with an integrated smartphone/tablet holder, allowing you to safely store your smartphone or tablet. The smartphone/tablet holder fits all devices, from small smartphones to large tablets, and can be adjusted quickly and easily.
