FRAME FEDERAL COMMAND ICS2
The new Command frame is back, performing better than ever! In a beautiful navy blue, this frame has the shortest possible chainstays (12.5') of the entire Federal range and now uses the V2 ICS wishbone to make it even lighter than the V1. This will allow riders to use larger 2.5' tires. This frame has been designed to maintain an attractive price while retaining the strength and quality of a fine British brand.
