The customer has 48 hours to communicate any problems relating to the receipt of the order. After this period, no claims will be accepted and it will be assumed that the bike has arrived correctly and with all its accessories.
Directions for use
Keep the unit in a dry place. Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. We recommend that you regularly check your brakes, transmission, chainring and chain. And don't forget that every Flebi model has a recommended tire pressure, which can be found in the bike manual. Protect your battery from the elements. It's a good idea to charge the battery even if you're not using the bike (at least once a month).

Warranty
From January 1, 2022, the warranty for all products purchased in Spain and Portugal is 3 years for the bike and battery (provided it's a manufacturing defect and not due to misuse). For the rest of Europe, the applicable warranty is 2 years. No warranty applies to
Battery warranty: as the battery is a consumable, wear and tear or misuse of the battery is not covered by the warranty
-Replacement of consumables subject to normal wear and tear (battery, lights, fuses, inner tubes, tires, bearings, brake pads, chain, spokes, etc. ....)
-Abnormal use of products
-Failure of accessories (power cables, etc..)
-Repairs of defects by technical services not authorized by Flebi
-Damage caused by any external cause (accidents, knocks, scratches, punctures, power supply problems, use in adverse weather conditions, poor repairs, lack of maintenance or repair, lack of servicing, etc.).
