The Evolution E550 indoor rower (22FE550000) from Fluid Rower by First Degree Fitness offers the possibility of varying resistance during training thanks to revolutionary Fluid technology. A lever on the E550's water tank enables resistance to be adjusted to 10 levels. Via Bluetooth, resistance changes are transmitted to the E550's console for precise measurement values.

The Fluid Rower E550 rowing machine is designed for fitness centers, businesses and hotels with limited space, or for individuals with demanding requirements.

The E550 from Fluid Rower features a water tank with two separate chambers. There is an active chamber and a passive chamber. Manually (in 10 steps), water can be transported from the active to the passive chamber and vice versa by opening and closing integrated sluices. Only the water in the active chamber is moved during entrainment. Resistance to the drive is created on the one hand by the amount of water in the reservoir, and on the other by the user's pulling force.

Thanks to the Auto-Start function, the E550 rowing machine switches on automatically at the start of the workout. The large LCD display provides continuous information on the progress of the workout, and constantly shows relevant training parameters such as set resistance, workout duration, distance, 500 m time, strokes per minute, calorie consumption per hour, power in watts, heart rate (optional chest belt required) and a graphical performance curve.

The Fluid Rower E550 is a robust piece of equipment designed for professional use, in company fitness rooms or hotel facilities, but also for demanding use at home.
