The new Garmin Forerunner 955 is a multisport watch that accompanies you both in sport and in everyday life. It offers multiple functions for your training in a wide range of disciplines, as well as information for your everyday life. Forerunner 955 also helps you better understand your body and how it functions, from the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed, as well as when you sleep. Above all, it gives you information about your state of recovery, or your state of fitness.

These programs are perfectly applicable to 5km, 10km and even Marathon goals, thanks to expert advice.
