Professional SZ curl bar from MOVIT® The star-shaped fasteners ensure that the weight discs are always securely fastened to the barbell. They also prevent the annoying clicking of the weight plates. To prevent hands from slipping during training, the bar handles are cross-knurled. The bar has two indestructible trapezoidal threads - the most secure way of attaching the dumbbell discs. With a diameter of 30 mm, the curl bar is the standard size, guaranteeing secure attachment of all common dumbbell discs.
