Power Bands are real strength concentrates: their thicker, stronger-than-average latex layer offers far greater resistance than traditional exercise bands. Thanks to their special loop shape, they are ideal not only for weight training, but also for sprinting and plyometric strength exercises. Available in: very light, blue: up to 7.5 kg light resistance, red: up to 15 kg medium resistance, black: up to 30 kg strong resistance, violet: up to 60 kg extra-strong resistance, green: up to 100 kg resistance.
