The gluten-free, aspartame-free shakes contain vitamins E, C, B1, B2, B6, niacin, pantothenic acid, folic acid and biotin. Suggested dosage

For one portion, prepare 30g of powder with 250ml of cold water or 300ml of semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat) in a manual shaker or blender.
