Instructions
Mix the contents of each sachet with 500ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Be careful to be precise, as the functionality of the product depends on the dosage. The mixture is designed to be mixed with water containing less than 40mg/ L of calcium. Caution: higher levels may alter its dissolution.
Amount of energy
Recent studies have shown that our bodies are capable of using up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. So one sachet of Drink Mix 160 mixed with 500ml of water contains 40 grams of carbohydrates.
How does it work?
Drink Mix 160 is based on hydrogel technology. When mixed with water, it produces a carbohydrate drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. This drink immediately converts to hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. What's more, the hydrogel enables the drink to be transported smoothly through the stomach and into the intestine. There, carbohydrates, water and salt are absorbed.
