To create a realistic rowing experience, the wheel inside the unit offers adaptive air resistance, similar to rowing on water. If the rowing force is increased, the air resistance increases; if the force decreases, the air resistance also automatically decreases. The degree of resistance can be controlled on 8 levels thanks to an electronically controlled magnetic braking system.
