FLEX system
The patented FLEX system offers absolutely realistic boxing training. It dampens the impact of the punch itself, minimizing stress on joints and muscles. At the same time, the punching bag reacts like a sparring partner and balances the blow. The result is realistic training that's far more motivating than training with a traditional punching bag or stand-up bag. The FLEX system is covered by a protection pad. This is made from the same high-quality top and filling material as that used for the boxing bag. As well as providing optimum protection against injury, this cover extends the striking surface of the boxing bag. The Protection-Pad can be easily removed and replaced thanks to its Velcro fastening.Support foot
The foot is made of solid plastic and can be filled with either water or sand.Location
