With the MX100 long dumbbell set, you can train with ten different weights from 12.7 to 45.5 kg. You choose the weight in the blink of an eye using the special weight selection wheel. Press the button and the dial is displayed. Turn the dial to the desired position, press it again and that's it! You can lift the dumbbell with the chosen weight off the rack and start training immediately.
