Compatible with hiking boots, 3-season mountaineering boots or double-shell plastic shoes, thanks to reinforced lacing hooks and instep strap. We recommend sizing down one size for a better fit with lightweight hiking boots, shoes or running shoes. When you wear your gaiters correctly, the instep strap buckle should be on the side of your boot.
