First of all, we recommend that you test all products used during the cleaning process on a hidden part of the leather to ensure that they are compatible and give the desired finish.
Use a soft bristle brush or damp sponge to gently remove accumulated dirt from around the boot. Pay particular attention to the zipper and the edge of the sole.
Rinse a cloth in clean lukewarm water and wring it out gently, leaving a good amount of moisture inside.
We then recommend using a self-foaming shoe cleaner. Apply the foam sparingly to the entire outer boot and carefully wipe off any remaining dirt in a gentle circular motion - this will prevent streaking.
Using a clean cloth, wipe off any excess foam.
Let the leather dry naturally, away from any source of direct heat.
You can apply a special leather wax or cream, which will help preserve the leather's properties.
As a finishing product, we recommend the application of a protective spray that will help protect the leather against water, stains and especially urine, which can degrade the leather over time.
Best tip: One of the key functional elements of your boot is the zipper, which should always be maintained by opening the zipper and wiping off grease and dust after each use. This will ensure a smooth glide and prevent debris from blocking or splitting the zipper.
