The Toyon retains the C220's clamping surface, creating a more secure interface by wrapping 220° around the handlebar. Its clamping forces are aligned with the clamp so that the body "hugs" the handlebar - a design that is less likely to damage lightweight handlebars, and allows the stem faceplate and body to be lightened without sacrificing strength or rigidity.
