A bolster is generally used for a restorative type of yoga for deep stretching and breathing exercises. The bolster can provide the necessary support for the back, neck, lower back, poplars, arms and legs.
MATERIAL - The bolster's outer and inner fabric is GOTS-certified organic cotton. The outer cover is removable for easy cleaning. Please refer to the enclosed care labels for appropriate washing instructions.
ADJUSTABLE - The bolster is filled with organic buckwheat hulls for ample support and comfort. The inner lining can be opened to adjust the bolster to the desired comfort level.
DESIGN - The bolsters are available in a variety of vibrant, natural colors, with natural dyes used. For added convenience, the bolster also comes with its own handle, which is hidden in our embroidered design.
PACKAGING - In order to reduce our impact on the environment, we only use paper packaging and ship our products in paper packaging.
