There's no ideal time to practice Yin Yoga; it all depends on your ultimate goal. Some people practice it in the morning when muscles are still fresh and stiff; others practice it before going to sleep to calm the mind and relax. You can also practice before or after an active workout, or after a long journey.

Cork yoga mats
The surface of our yoga mats is made of natural cork. It's antimicrobial, grippy, non-slip (the more you sweat, the stickier it gets) and easy to clean. The mat doesn't curl at the edges, because the bottom is made of sturdy rubber. This makes the cork mat comfortable for both slow and active exercise. Thanks to the laser engraving on the mat, the pattern won't fade over time and you'll certainly be able to enjoy your exercises on such a pretty mat.
Yoga bolster
The yoga bolster is one of the essential tools of yin yoga. It will support you during stretching exercises or can be used as a relaxation or support tool. The bolster's outer and inner linings are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton. Buckwheat hulls are used as filling. In addition to all this, our bolsters can certainly enhance your interior with their color and embroidery.
Massage ball and carrying strap
The yoga ball is made from 100% cork and produced in Portugal. Our cork ball is a small, light but practical accessory that can help relieve pain in your muscles and relax them simultaneously. Once you start using it, it's sure to become one of your favorite body massagers.
Finally, our yin yoga kit includes a yoga strap. This strap makes it easy to carry your mat wherever you go and can even be used for stretching exercises.
