Research into Sport-Elec currents has led to the development of 94 Sport and Health programs in a single muscle stimulator. These programs are grouped into 8 Sport modes and 6 Health modes combined with 11 muscle zones.
During Sport programs, the device alternates between an active phase and a recovery phase, so there's no dead time in our programs.
The active phase uses high frequencies, so your muscle will be intensely stimulated to maximize the desired effect (strengthening, toning, endurance, volume)
The recovery phase uses lower frequencies, but continues to stimulate your muscle. Indeed, it has been scientifically proven that continuing to stimulate the muscle at a low level promotes recovery, rather than not stimulating it at all. Each of these recovery phases has therefore been studied in relation to the work phases to optimize recovery.
The 6 HEALTH programs follow the same principle, but are not designed to build volume. They will be useful for all types of people, whether you want to relax after exercise to reduce muscle soreness, or to prolong your workout in a reduced way. You can even benefit from an anti-pain program and one to relieve heavy legs. Thanks to TENS currents, active recovery after exercise or muscle rest during your "off" days are made easier.
