Note Goal ground frames are differentiated by the shape of their profile (oval, square, rectangular) and by the type of groove in the profile. The groove is an excavation into which the net is fixed by means of fasteners. Depending on the type of fastener, the groove may be normal or deep. For goals with a standard groove, the hooks protrude from the profile. For goals with a deep groove, the hooks are recessed and do not protrude beyond the edge of the profile.
