The Sveltus training ladder features 6 hexagonal zones that can be modulated at the touch of a button to create different training patterns for speed, strength and flexibility. It can also be used in hurdle mode to increase exercise possibilities. The training ladder lets you work on your direction changes and coordination, and improve your endurance. It can be combined with other Sveltus training ladders for a wider variety of exercises and longer or more complex obstacles.
