What are the effects of Aero-Step XL?
Aero-Step XL improves joint stability. Muscles are toned and strengthened in depth. Equipped with over 1000 round pimples, for additional stimulation of foot reflexology points, an additional massage effect and improved blood circulation are achieved. Joint stability is improved, balance is found, imbalances are compensated for and reflexes and reactions are encouraged.
How does it work?
Whether in the standing position for leg axis training, or in the ventral or dorsal position, the stability provided by the air filling makes every known exercise more stimulating. The inserted connecting plate provides the necessary stabilization, guaranteeing a good grip on the ground. Air-filled chambers enable very subtle movements. This means high demands and rapid training effects.
