Beneath the specially-designed plate is an extremely robust inflatable ball which, thanks to its dynamic instability, provides a thorough workout for the stabilizing muscle groups in all joints. In contrast to the traditional therapeutic gyroscope, the support surface floats thanks to its special construction.
This enables multi-dimensional movement during training. Suitable for standing stabilization and coordination exercises with or without additional equipment. In addition, the side handles enable excellent whole-body stabilization exercises in the support position, creating new training stimuli.
