The Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso, made in Germany, is an inflatable, dynamic training tool made of high-quality Ruton. It offers a space-saving alternative to an exercise ball and is used as a surface for back and fitness training. One side features soft, round Senso pimples, while the other has a smooth, velvety surface. It features a needle valve to regulate the air charge. Dynair® Ballkissen® Senso can support a maximum weight of 200 kg. The material is odorless and latex-free, and made from 100% recyclable plastic. The manufacturer offers a 30-year product warranty.

How does it work?
The air charge combined with the shape and special high-quality material ensure dynamic seating and training. Place the Dynair Ballkissen Senso on a seat. When sitting on the Senso ball cushion, minimal movements are required to compensate for the unstable surface. These movements are performed by the back muscles. So, without spending time on additional exercises, back muscles can easily be trained in the office or at home. Additional exercises can be performed, while standing on this tool, to improve balance (including brain-muscle coordination), stabilize joints and strengthen and tone core muscles. The Dynair can be inflated or deflated for different levels of comfort and difficulty.
